All Instructors are certified Classical Hatha Instructors in the Daystar Method of Yoga.
Linda has practiced yoga since 1996. At that time, she was struggling with panic attacks and had to make some changes quickly. Lindas body was rejecting the fast work pace and the pressure she put on herself. She spent two years in an intensive study of stress and its effects on the body. This led her to start learning yoga and she was amazed by the positive changes in all areas of her life! Linda changed her lifestyle and her attitude. She now teaches yoga. It is her way of helping others avoid the harmful effects of stress. Linda is a member of The National Alliance of Yoga Teachers, Yoga Teachers of Colorado and Yoga Teachers of Colorado Springs.
